I really enjoyed the mayonnaise mixture with the egg, it had a great taste

This was a definite 2 Mugs up ;)

#11 of 300 Bean ‘N Cheesy Soft Taco in an Egg Mug

Wow , very long title for something I did not like so much

This is the Bean ‘N Cheesy Soft Taco in an Egg Mug p.25, 190 calories from 300 under 300

I’m not sure what it was with this one, but definitely the lease favorite out of all 11. This one really did not do anything for my taste buds.

Like I said not my favorite and really not much more to say…

This is a half Mug up, just because it had cheese in it and i like cheese :)

Really what did you think about it???

#10 of 300 All-American Egg Mug

Yippy…Made it to the 2 digits…… :)

First, sorry to have been MIA for so long… Trying to do too many things and not enough time to do any of it….

I decided to start cutting back and do the things that I really want to do…. SO HERE I AM :) (I just had to say it out loud)

Ok so I did the All-American Egg Mug p.24 173 calories.. From Hungry Girl

I made a few changes; i substituted the “frozen Patty” for my home made turkey burger, and the American Cheese slice for good ole Cheddar Cheese (2tbls)

This recipe was just OK for me, I think I would have preferred it best with ham and the maple syrup.

I give this one a 1 Mug up ;)

Let me know how yours turned out…

#9 of 300 ~ Veggie Eggs-Plossion Mug

#9 from page 23 of  300 under 300

WOW talk about veggies, I was a little worried on how the asparagus would turn out. BUT I LOVED THEM

I really loved this one, I especially like it because she added the Laughing Cow wedge. The cheese just adds that extra creamy texture to the whole meal. I always wonder what to do with the leftover asparagus, now i know :)

I will actually give this one a 3 MUGS up…….. It was very filling with all the veggies.

Finally made it to the 2 digits tomorrow #10 Yipppyyyy

I loved this one Denver Omelette in a Mug from 300 under 300

I’m not sure why it’s called Denver Omelette… Anyone!!!! Anyone!!!! :)

I really liked this recipe, I think next time I will also the red bell peppers.

I also like onions in these recipes. What a great way to start your mornings then with a good omelette, great protein and veggies.

This is a definite 2 Mugs up….. :)

#7 of 300 Chicken Fajita Scramble Mug

#7 of 300 :)

I enjoyed the Chicken Fajita Scramble Mug (163 calories) from 300 under 300.

The only thing different I did with this one was use the leftover taco seasoning mix instead of the fajita mix. I don’t think it made a big difference.

I used my iphone for this picture since the battery on my camera was dead. (this is why it may look a little different)

I really enjoyed this one as mentioned above; I really liked the red bell pepper and onion. I’m sure we could add the green pepper also and it would make it that much more nutritious.

When I first did step one ( adding the veggies, chicken and seasoning) then zaping it for a min. The smell once you opened the microwave door was really nice. So I knew this was going to be a ………..

you got it.

2 mugs up ;)

#6 of 300 ~ IT’S ALL GREEK TO ME EGG MUG

Hello,

I’m sorry that it’s been a few days, I have been busy with work and since I have 3 jobs I stay pretty busy, but one of them is ending on Monday so therefore I will have more time to do the recipes :)

I’m happy about that as Ilove to do them…. :) hmm to get paid for doing recipes all day long hmmmmmm

Ok on to the recipe ;)

Today (actually yesterday) i made the It’s All Greek to Me Egg mug from the 300 under 300. (117 calories).

I really enjoyed this one, and I think i’m really starting to love feta cheese. Its one thing that i never really bought at teh grocery store, but i think now i will start buying it more ofter. I have been adding it to almost everything I ate since i bought it, almost ran out of it for this recipe :)

I have been finding when making these recipes and there are tomatoes involved, you really have to dry the tomatoes out, as it leaves some juice in with the scrambled egg. I don’t’ mind it so much but I thought I would point it out. (Anyone else with the same issue?)

Here is the finished recipe.

This was also a 2 Mugs up ;)

It may be a few days until I get to #7 , but starting next week I think I will have more time and will be able to do a recipe each day or every other day. (I can’t wait)

Thanks for reading and looking forward to your comments on how your recipes are turning out from the book.

Oh and I will add to my ” About” page this week also. :)

#5 of 300 Crunchy Beefy Taco Egg Mug

I wonder if one can eat to much egg substitue?

I really liked the Crunchy Beefy Taco Egg mug from 300 under 300. Again I really need to pay more attention to the ingredients. I did not purchase the “frozen ground-beef style soy crumbles. I went to my supermarket and completely missed the ” Frozen” part. I purchased the Gimme lean ( it is a soy product). What i did with it was sliced it ( it comes in a sausage type packaging) then crumbled some of it and added it to the skillet, i cooked it until it browned a little and was hot.  It was actually pretty good. If not for this recipe I probably would never have tried it. So you see mistakes are good ;)

I really like these easy “mug” recipes, i fing that they really fill me up, especially this one with the beef style soy. I was really full after this one.

At times the after pictures are not always appealing. But the taste is very delicious.

This was very easy and will make again

This one was a definite 2 Mugs up.

#2 of 300 ~ BTA (Bacon, Tomato, Avocado) Egg Mug

Let me just start by saying, “I’M REALLY ENJOYING THIS”!!!!

Today was the BTA on page 15 of 300 under 300 by Lisa Lillien.

It was quick and easy, but again depending on your microwave wattage, you may not need to leave it in there for 1 min.

I liked the avocado, i think it actually added to recipe and it was a nice creamy addition. If you don’t like avocados the recipe is good without it. you could add a Laughing cow wedge.

I give this one a mugs up (Get it thumbs = mugs)
