#2 of 300 ~ BTA (Bacon, Tomato, Avocado) Egg Mug

Let me just start by saying, “I’M REALLY ENJOYING THIS”!!!!

Today was the BTA on page 15 of 300 under 300 by Lisa Lillien.

It was quick and easy, but again depending on your microwave wattage, you may not need to leave it in there for 1 min.

I liked the avocado, i think it actually added to recipe and it was a nice creamy addition. If you don’t like avocados the recipe is good without it. you could add a Laughing cow wedge.

I give this one a mugs up (Get it thumbs = mugs)

I was wondering what recipe you were on?. I’m going wait and see as I
think I’m ahead of you. I have done 5 of them so far.
I want to get in sync with you.

  4. Susie says:

Chocolate pudding with an avocado? Now that just doesn’t sound right. :)

I also like this one. I had never tried avocado before and I wasn’t really impressed with it. It was in the fridge one day and it spoiled so I was unable to use it today for the 4th recipe. How did I get on number four already? :) I made the 4th recipe with pears instead and it was awesome.
You have done #3 already as #1 so you will be doing #4 tomorrow right? :)
    I’m loving this,
