I’m not sure why it’s called Denver Omelette… Anyone!!!! Anyone!!!! 
I really liked this recipe, I think next time I will also the red bell peppers.
I also like onions in these recipes. What a great way to start your mornings then with a good omelette, great protein and veggies.
